av-Du (Travoprost & Timolol Maleate)
Each 1 mL eye drops contains 40mcg Travoprost and 5 mg of Timolol Maleate.
 
Travoprost is a prostaglandin analogue ,It helps increasing the drainage of fluid out of the eye, Thus decreasing eye pressure.

Timolol is a beta-blocker, It works by reducing the production of fluid within the eye.

Glaucoma is a disease that is usually associated with elevated intraocular pressure, in which damage to the eye (optic) nerve can lead to loss of vision and even blindness.

By lowering the intraocular pressure, the risk of damaging the eye is reduced
 
Indications: Indicated in adult for treatment of increased intraocular pressure in patient with open angle Glaucoma
